Scarlet is waiting with her mother for her sister to come home to visit. Juliet has moved out and has been working in a hotel as a singer. Her mother loved to go to the hotel because it was extravagant and very showy. When Juliet came home, they thought it would only be for a short period of time, and that she would be alone. When she showed up, she also brought a dog and a boy. Hayden was getting things unloaded when Scarlet and her mother figured that he would be staying too. They were a little confused at what was going on until they caught glimpse of Juliet's ring finger. There was a gold band there, and a gold band on Hayden's hand as well. Her mother brought them all inside and put Zeus in the back yard. They began to talk and Juliet told her mother that she was going to be having a baby. Her and Hayden had married at the courthouse and she wanted to raise the baby there at home. Her mother agreed with Juliet becuase everyone always did whatever she wanted them to. Scarlet was surprised that she was married and pregnant. She couldnt believe that Juliet was with Hayden because he was so different from any guy that Juliet usually hung around with. When Scarlett first locked eyes with Hayden, she seemed to think that there might be something there.
