Darcy felt that she didn't love Geoffrey, she loved Ethan. She broke up with him and Geoffrey said that he understood and would still love to check up on her. Darcy decided to prepare for motherhood, so she took classes. A few weeks later, Darcy had her twin boys. Ethan was so excited to be a part of her life, especially with the babies. He couldn't wait to take care of them. Ethan and Darcy finally realized that they loved each other. They had a small wedding in London. Their family and friends showed up. Even Rachel and Dex came with their baby girl. Darcy decided that she couldn't ask for anything more and that she had a perfect life. She loved Ethan and John and Thomas, her boys.
