Girl, Stolen 201-213
Cheyenne ends up kicking Roy out of the car. Even though she’s blind, she remembers learning to drive when she could still see, so she tries to drive away. She has to go really slow, but she manages to get away from Roy a little bit by feeling whether or not the tires are still on the road. While driving, she grabs Roy’s phone and calls the cops, and they locate her and return her to her family. In the meantime, Griffin learns from TJ that his mom didn’t move to Chicago, Roy killed her one night on accident when they were in a fight. After Griffin is found, he’s moved to Chicago with his mom’s relatives and treated like a delinquent. In the end of the book, he calls Cheyenne just to talk to her.
